4. We are not responsible for delays caused by spam filters, incorrect details, payment-processor or email provider issues, or other third-party failures.

5. License & Restrictions

6. Age & Eligibility

7. Pricing, Taxes & Errors

8. Refunds, Chargebacks & EU/UK Withdrawal Notice

2. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to suspension and recovery of amounts owed.

12. User Conduct; Prohibited Uses

1. You may not:

   2. Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code of protections;

   4. Upload or transmit malicious code;

4. Class-action/Jury waiver. To the extent permitted by law, disputes are on an individual basis; class/representative actions and jury trials are waived.

15. Copyright Complaints

21. Entire Agreement; Severability; Survival

2. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.
3. Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver.
4. Sections that by nature should survive (e.g., IP, license, disclaimers, liability limits, dispute resolution) survive termination.
5. If translated, the English version controls.
