1. Overview

  1. We sell digital content (e-books and related downloads).
  2. Because digital files are immediately usable and non-returnable, all sales are final, except where required by law or where a verified technical fault prevents access/delivery despite your cooperation.
  3. This Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service and should be read together with it.

2. Delivery & Access

  1. Delivery is by secure link and/or email. Links may be time-limited, device-limited, download-limited, and/or single-use to prevent abuse.
  2. You are responsible for providing a correct email, accessing your inbox (including spam), and ensuring device/app compatibility.
  3. We are not responsible for failures caused by spam filters, blocked domains, or third-party outages, but we will assist promptly.

3. No Refunds Limited Exceptions

  1. Technical fault (our side): if, despite your cooperation with troubleshooting, you cannot access the purchased file within seventy-two (72) hours of purchase due to an issue attributable to us, we may (at our discretion) provide a replacement link or a refund.
  2. Duplicate purchase: if you accidentally buy the same item multiple times within forty-eight (48) hours, we will refund the duplicates after disabling duplicate access.
  3. Fraud/unauthorized transaction: contact your payment provider; we will assist their investigation and may disable access.
  4. Mandatory rights: we honor any non-waivable refund or withdrawal rights that apply in your jurisdiction (see Sections 46).

4. EU/UK 14-Day Withdrawal & Digital Downloads

  1. General rule: EU/UK consumers buying at a distance have a fourteen (14)-day right of withdrawal.
  2. Digital-content exception: when you choose immediate access and explicitly consent to begin download/streaming and acknowledge that you lose the right to withdraw, that 14-day right no longer applies once delivery starts. We request this acknowledgment at checkout.
  3. If you do not consent to immediate delivery, we will delay access until the 14-day period ends; once access begins, the right no longer applies.

5. EU/UK Faulty/Non-Conforming Digital Content

  1. If digital content is not supplied or lacks conformity with the contract, EU law provides remedies: repair, replacement, or price reduction/refund where appropriate. We comply with these harmonized rules.
  2. United Kingdom: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, consumers have specific remedies for faulty digital content, including repair/replacement or price reduction, and compensation for device damage caused by defective digital content.

6. Israel Distance-Sale Cancellations (High-Level)

  1. Israels Consumer Protection Law and the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transactions) Regulations, 5771-2010 provide cancellation rights for certain distance-sale transactions, subject to conditions and exceptions (including categories such as information and recorded/duplicable goods). Where such rights apply, we will follow the Regulations.
  2. Some categories (e.g., certain digital content after supply) may not be cancellable under the Regulations; we will assess eligibility under the specific rule set that applies to your transaction.

7. How to Request Support or a Refund Exception

  1. Email yoavman997@gmail.com within thirty (30) days of purchase; include your order ID, purchase email, and a description (screenshots/error messages help).
  2. We may require reasonable cooperation (e.g., confirming device/reader version) and may temporarily disable links during review to prevent abuse.
  3. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method; processing times depend on your provider.
  4. Taxes/fees charged by third parties are typically non-refundable unless required by law.

8. Chargebacks & Abuse

  1. Please contact us first; we resolve most issues quickly.
  2. Unjustified or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension, link revocation, and lawful recovery of amounts owed, consistent with our Terms of Service.
  3. We may share minimal transaction information with payment providers to contest fraud and protect our customers.

9. Exchanges, Updates & Substitutions

  1. We do not offer exchanges or substitutions after access is granted.
  2. If we update a file to correct an error, we may provide an updated version to prior purchasers at our discretion.

10. Third-Party Stores/Platforms

Purchases made through third-party platforms (e.g., app stores or marketplaces) are governed by their own refund policies; please contact them directly. We may be unable to access or process those refunds.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

  1. This Policy is governed by Israeli law, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
  2. Before legal action, you must notify us and allow thirty (30) days for investigation and resolution (see Terms of Service).

12. Changes to this Policy

  1. We may update this Policy; the Last Updated date reflects the current version.
  2. Continued access after changes constitutes acceptance.
